Lisa Montalto-Gutterson
Director
Lisa Montalto has built a distinguished career in the financial services industry, working alongside some of its most respected professionals. She attributes much of her success in establishing RPS to the mentorship, experience, and insights gained throughout her career.
Lisa commenced her career in 1998 with Winchcombe Carson Financial Planning at the age of 17. Initially undertaking administrative responsibilities, she quickly demonstrated initiative and a strong work ethic, which led to her transition into the Commissions Team. After 18 months, Lisa progressed to Grosvenor Securities, where she was appointed Commissions Manager. During her tenure of nearly a decade, she developed deep expertise in revenue processing and commission management.
In 2009, Lisa took time away from the industry to focus on her family. She returned in 2010, joining IRESS, where she spent eight years further enhancing her technical and operational expertise. During this time, she specialised in the implementation and utilisation of CommPay, gaining critical insights into revenue systems and processes across financial services businesses.
Drawing on this extensive experience, Lisa founded RPS in late 2017. As Founder and Director, she leads the delivery of specialised revenue processing services to a range of AFSLs and dealer groups across Australia. Under her leadership, RPS has established a reputation for accuracy, efficiency, and industry expertise.
Dawn Torossian
Revenue Processing Specialist and General Manager
Dawn has built a strong and respected career in the financial services industry, bringing over 15 years of experience in revenue administration and team leadership. Her extensive industry knowledge and practical expertise make her a highly valued member of the RPS team.
Dawn joined RPSau in 2019, following a successful career working across revenue processing functions within financial services businesses. In her previous roles as a Revenue Administrator and Team Leader, she developed a comprehensive understanding of commission structures, operational processes, and the service expectations of dealer groups and AFSLs.
Her depth of knowledge enables her to deliver accurate, efficient, and client-focused outcomes, while maintaining a strong appreciation for the importance of timely and reliable revenue management.
Dawn is recognised for her adaptability and commitment to continuous improvement. She takes pride in staying across industry developments and evolving client requirements, ensuring RPS remains well positioned to meet the needs of its clients.
As a key member of the team, Dawn plays an integral role in supporting both existing and new clients, contributing to the consistent delivery of a high-quality and professional service experience.
Salv Mallardi
Revenue Processing Officer
Salv joined RPS in April 2019 after a long 20 years as an Accounting Assistant. Her accounting knowledge and overall experience within the industry has allowed RPS to look at broadening our service offering to our existing and new clients. Salv brings a host of new innovative ideas which we are all excited about.
