Lisa Montalto
Director
​
Lisa has been had the privilege of working amongst some of the industry greats and claims that it is them who helped her succeed and create RPSau.
​
Starting her career in 1998 at Winchcombe Carson Financial Planning at the ripe age of 17, Lisa kicked started her working career sorting mail and making coffees. It didn't take Lisa long to ask for a more 'challenging' role and it was that one very request that landed her a position in the Commissions Team, 18 months later, Lisa left to join the Grosvenor Securities family as the Commissions Manager, were she spent almost 10 years.

In 2009, Lisa left the industry to start a family but it didn't take Lisa long to miss her career and joined IRESS in 2010. She spent the best part of 8 years at IRESS, were she learnt how to, not only use and implement CommPay but gain the experience and skills which would lead her to setting up RPSau in late 2017.
​
Now in 2019, she is the founder and Director of RPSau and together with her team, servicing a number of AFSL's/Dealer groups across Australia.

Rhys Gutterson
Revenue Processing Specialist

Rhys joined RPSau in December 2018 after 6 years in the Financial services industry as a Client Service Manager, Client Service Officer and Financial Planner. Rhys has completed both a Diploma and Advanced diploma in Financial services and brings extensive knowledge on what Dealer Groups are looking for when it comes to revenue management and service expectations.

Rhys prides himself on his ability to adapt and learn as the industry changes. We are lucky to have someone like Rhys as an integral part of the team for his knowledge allows us to deliver new requirements as desired by Dealer Groups and AFSL's alike. He looks forward to working with our existing and new clients in delivering a service unparalleled to others.

Salv joined RPSau in April 2019 after a long 20 years as an Accounting Assistant. Her accounting knowledge and overall experience within the industry has allowed RPS to look at broadening our service offering to our existing and new clients. Salv brings a host of new innovative ideas which we are all excited about.
